We collect the information you submit in the quote form (name, phone, email, ZIP, job description) plus basic technical data (page, referrer, campaign parameters, hashed IP).

How we use it

Your information is used for one purpose: connecting you with licensed plumbing contractors or partner referral services able to quote your job, who may contact you by phone or email. We do not sell your details for unrelated marketing.

Free guides & email tips

If you request one of our free guides or checklists, we collect your email address together with the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page you signed up on and a salted hash of your IP address (never the IP itself). This data is stored in our secure subscriber database. We use it to give you access to the requested content and — only because you ticked the consent box — to send you occasional plumbing cost tips and offers by email. Every such email includes a working unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or emailing support@mabel.life. We never sell or share this email list with third parties. Unsubscribing stops the emails; you may additionally request full deletion of your data.

Retention & rights

Quote-request data is retained for up to 24 months; guide/newsletter subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information under the CCPA — and EU residents under the GDPR — by emailing support@mabel.life.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Campaign parameters (UTM) present in the URL are stored with your request for attribution.
